What types of catering events do you offer?
We specialize in interactive and customizable food bars, including our Nacho Bar, Mini Pancake Bar, and Brunch Bar. Each setup is designed to be fun, delicious, and tailored to your event’s theme and guest preferences.We cater private events of all kinds — from birthdays, weddings, and baby showers to corporate parties, graduations, and more. Wherever there’s a celebration, we bring the food and the vibe!

How does the booking process work?
Booking is easy! Just fill out the event booking form on our website Once you decide to move forward, we’ll send a contract and estimate for your review. After that’s confirmed, we’ll send a customization form where you can choose your menu options, toppings, fruit selections, and other details for your event.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during busy seasons and holidays. However, if you have a last-minute request, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Hondo, Texas and travel up to 60 miles to all surrounding areas.
The first 20 miles are included. Travel fees apply beyond that. → San Antonio bookings are welcome - with a starting $25 travel fee depending on your location.

Can I customize the setup?
Yes! We offer custom acrylic signage, balloon garlands, floral arrangements, custom standing mirror.Want to match a birthday, wedding, or brand theme? We've got you.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

What’s included in your setup?.
Each catering package includes the food bar setup, serving equipment, disposable utensils, plates, napkins, custom menu and decor to match your theme. We also provide two staff members to handle setup, serving, and cleanup.

What are the power requirements for the machine?
A standard 120V outlet is required. I provide a heavy-duty extension cord (up to 25 feet), but the outlet must be within that range and not connected to a power strip. The machine needs a dedicated power source to freeze properly.

What happens with leftover mix or product after the event?
If there’s any mix left over at the end of your event, you’re welcome to take it with you. You can bring your own containers, or I have storage bins available for purchase to make transport easy.
